Our Initial Design Consultation is your first step towards turning your ideas into reality. This private meeting is tailored for those who have a clear concept of their project goals but need expert guidance on the best methods to produce them. During this one-on-one session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your project with our CEO, Alyse Brown. With her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, Alyse will provide valuable insights and strategic advice on the most effective ways to execute your design, ensuring your vision is brought to life with precision and quality. This consultation is designed to help you: - Refine and validate your design concepts. - Explore the most suitable production methods for your project. - Develop a clear and actionable plan for moving forward. If you decide to partner with us on your designs we will apply your consultation fee as a credit on your initial invoice. If you do not move forward the fee is non-refundable. Whether you’re working on a new collection or a custom piece, this session will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to move forward with your project. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please review the following policies before booking your session. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that things come up! You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. Late Policy: If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. Service Terms: All strategy, consulting, and sourcing services are customized and tailored to each client. By booking, you agree to our terms and acknowledge that results are dependent on your active participation and timely communication.
