Service Description
Fit model coordination is a critical but often overlooked part of the sample development process. This service covers the logistics and communication required to ensure fittings happen efficiently and accurately. ALYYO manages the behind-the-scenes coordination so design decisions can be made quickly and correctly — without delays or miscommunication. What’s included: • Sourcing or coordinating appropriate fit models • Scheduling fittings and managing timelines • Documenting fit notes and required changes • Communicating revisions for next sample round This service is charged per fitting round and is especially valuable for brands without in-house development teams or local access to fit models. Cost of talent not included.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please review the following policies before booking your session. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that things come up! You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. Late Policy: If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. Service Terms: All strategy, consulting, and sourcing services are customized and tailored to each client. By booking, you agree to our terms and acknowledge that results are dependent on your active participation and timely communication.
