Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please review the following policies before booking your session. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that things come up! You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. Late Policy: If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
