Essential Unisex Jersey Tee

We will happily accept unused, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered product in sellable condition for a refund within 72 hours of purchase. If returning defective products, please use a piece of paper tape or fabric tape to indicate the location of the defect. 

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. 

Return Process: 

Please follow the instructions below; 

1. Email us at info@alyyoclothingco.com with your order number mentioned to initiate the return. 
2. Please mention your name, phone number, reason for return, shipping method and shipping label / reference number in your email. 
3. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 1 business day. 
4. Please put our address, ALYYO Clothing Co. 9117 Garvey Ave Ste A Rosemead, CA 91770, U.S.A, in shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. 

We will refund the price of the product including any taxes which were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. 

Buyers must inspect and test all merchandise before any alterations. Once altered, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization.

Order Placement and Shipping

Most in-stock, credit-approved orders are shipped within 48 hours. For current processing times, please consult your sales representative. Additions to existing orders will be treated as new orders and require a new purchase order.
